Another 50% off sale at FFA and Q1 ? for you...

Hi there,

I'm just checking in. Have you made your writing plans for 2025? Mine are a bit loosey-goosey until I've finished developing and launching my AI course for cozy mystery authors. Then in March I can look at juggling marketing and writing. I have an older series I'd like to add a book 7 to, and I'd like to rework and revise a book 1 in a new series that I wrote last year.

Truth be told Book 1 is not exciting me right now. I may use the "rework" to add something to it that really gets me jazzed. If I don't I won't have the steam to finish the series. It's always important to understand what moves you to action and I know that book needs a little more juice. 🍍:)

Future Fiction Academy has new classes they released. They are both 50% off until the end of the month with the code PLOTDRIVE. These are my affiliate links. But I wouldn't recommend them unless I know their quality. So if they interest you, snatch them up while you can!

The first is Midpoint Momentum: Pick Up Your Story Halfway Through. This class shows you how to take a half-completed story you wrote before AI and complete it using AI tools.

The second is Descript for Authors which shows you how to use the popular video editing software Descript for book marketing, trailers, YouTube videos, Text-to-speech and more.

Again, the code is PLOTDRIVE to get 50% off these two classes until the end of January.

Reply back and let me know what your plans are for Q1. What do you have in mind for 2025? I'm super curious!!!

Happy Storytelling,

Natasha

Hi there, I've been thinking about what makes holiday books special, and I keep coming back to one thing: they have staying power. While most novels might have their moment in the sun and then fade into the background of your catalog, Christmas cozies are different. They return each holiday season, finding new readers year after year. The Evergreen Appeal of Holiday Mysteries Have you noticed how readers actively seek out seasonal reads as the holidays approach? There's something comforting...

This past year, I started using AI in a way that actually made a difference in my business. Not just writing faster. Not just playing with prompts. But real shifts in how I create, how I serve my students, and how I think. I’m teaching exactly one of the ways I did this inside AI Unlocked 2025, the free 3-day summit for founders who want to use AI well. Here’s what I’m sharing: In my session, I’ll show you how I use AI to: πŸ” Answer questions you have about new apps πŸ” Learn AND Implement new...
